In our globalised world, it is essential to train and prepare the workforce of tomorrow in such a way that they make a positive contribution to an open, respectful and peaceful coexistence in the world and in the international economy and free world trade in particular.
This is only possible if young people have the opportunity to come into contact with other languages, cultures and a globally networked economy at an early age.
In our school's context, this does not have to be limited to teaching, but can also be done within the framework of extracurricular projects, especially with a view to promoting economic and entrepreneurial thinking and actions among young people.
Here we would like to present two projects through which GISS tries to overcome the great physical distance between Australia and Germany on the one hand and on the other hand allows our students to strengthen their economic and entrepreneurial thinking.
