Our scholarships cover tuition fees up to 50% for the entire duration of the two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB Year 11 and 12).
Who can apply?
These scholarships are open to existing students and new students with English native speaker fluency, entering in Year 11 in 2025.
Application requirements:
- Applicants need to be entering Year 11 in 2025.
- All scholarship applicants need to register and apply to sit an exam with the Australian Council for Education Research (ACER). Following the ACER exam, short-listed students are invited to an interview at GISS.
- Applicants preferably spent at least two years in an Australian school and have a continuous record of high academic achievements and learning success.
- All scholarship applicants need to have a high standard of spoken and written English and excellent Maths skills. Please note that German language knowledge is not a prerequisite.
How to apply?
GISS participates in the Cooperative Scholarship Testing Program (CSTP) run nationally by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). GISS is offering scholarships for entry into Year 11 (CSTP Level 3) in 2025.
Scholarship applications are accepted between late September and early February for commencement the following school year. Following the ACER exam, short-listed students are invited to an interview and then scholarships are offered during Term 2 the year prior to commencement.
